Ex Local Business owner arrested

Tuesday June 27th 1:03 AM ex Local business owner Lance Consolver was arrested in a East Sacramento neighborhood on charges of disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Officers breached the front door after hearing screams coming fom inside the residence.
