Former NYC Restaurant Owner Purchased Land to Build NJ’s Largest Country Western Musical Saloon and Dance Hall

Brian Carter former restauranteur of one of the largest Pubs in NYC plans to house a massive Country Western Bar able to house Nashville’s finest performers in the country. He and 5 of his childhood friends (investors) bought the property for a song and rumor has it that it will be “the” place to go for many years to come in NJ. There’s also a rumor that Carter whispered into Foo Fighters’ front man Dave Grohl’s ear Evidently he is one of the key investors. Carter said, “our idea came up one night while sharing a glorious bottle of Pappi Van Winkle, Dave and I were trading ideas, and we both argued who actually came up with this brilliant idea: live country music, dinner, dancing and a full saloon! Both blamed the great bourbon on their memory loss and both are taking credit and standing their ground!
Architects were waiting in the wings after the site was purchased. Shovels will be in the ground May of 2018. Carter was further quoted saying “this will be THE place that folks from all over the Tri-State area will have absolutely no problem traveling to. Grohls connections in the music business are “essentially an abyss”, Carter added. Huge names will headline the space. No other intimate plans or ideas were revealed except that there will be nights of line dancing with real cowboys and cowgirls teaching the two step and line dancing as well as dinner with a show and an oversized stage with massive backline for a concert presence able to house 3000 fans.
Be on the lookout sometime in early 2020 for “The Greatest Little Honkey Tonk Musical Saloon of New Jersey” You won’t be disappointed!
