Earlier this evening, Hartford County resident, Kelly Koehler, was arrested in Baltimore County and is being held without bail in the Baltimore County jail.
Ms. Koehler was observed by other on lookers during her visit to the Baltimore zoo as she entered the giraffes den and began milking the male giraffe. A guest reported this incident to security and Ms Koehler was apprehended and held until Baltimore county police arrived.
