Have you seen this woman?

This woman is wanted in connection with stealing toilet seat covers from Target bathrooms in the westend of Henrico county.
Suspect was seen entering the stalls empty handed and leaving with hands not empty. A witness (Sherylee M. Rowng of Henrico) said “I have never seen anything like this in my life. It was like one minute there were toilet seat covers and the next minute they were gone. I am still just so shaken up”
Another witness stated she saw the woman go from stall to stall looking for the sanitary paper seat covers and when she couldn’t find any the suspect said “dang it!”
