Heyworth Resident Arrested for Public Indecency

Leonce Waguespack, a resident of Heyworth was arrested at his home yesterday for defecating at a Walmart in Normal. Police were tipped off by reports of his act being recorded on Facebook by viewers of his Facebook page. The picture was titled “She Dared Me” and viewers said they were disturbed by the image.
