Around 4:30pm Corneilus williams was pulled over on a random traffic stop according to officer Jack Daniels…. upon approach officer jack acted accordingly but Mr williams was already outraged by being pulled over! Few moments into the stop an argument begins and words exchanged and Mr Williams “Says fuck u repeatedly” and takes off in his car …. 1 hour into the chase Mr Williams finally gives up because he forgot to get gas the night before !!!
