He only saw elderly women who collected government funds.he only worked the 1st and 3rd of each month it’s what the prosecution calls his sex payday . He was arraigned and released on personal recognizance bail. When approached Mr Sounia said he was performing a community service because old ladies need dick to. He feels he should get a humanitarian award .
