While responding to a noise complaint in Idaho Falls late Thursday night, Idaho Falls police officer, Dave Richie, ended up arresting Cade Williams, 22, at his apartment on Meppen Dr.
Officer Richie entered the apartment after hearing cries for help coming from inside. When he opened the door, he saw Williams, dick in hand with a middle finger shoved far up his asshole, and came all over your mother’s face.
