Jacksonville woman arrested for licking windows

Marlena “aka Mena” Owens a 36 year old woman has been arrested and is awaiting a court date. Late Thursday night neighbors reported seeing Marlena running around her Oceanway neighborhood in a pink Tutu licking peoples windows. Not only was she licking car windows she also licked house windows. She was later caught by an off duty JSO officer who happened to be driving by when he heard the call. After a quick chase Marlena was caught and arrested. The arresting JSO officer had to be escorted to a nearby hospital to be treated for his wounds. While trying to detain Marlena she bit the officer. She bit him so hard her dentures got stuck in his arm and had to be surgically removed. The officer has since been released from the hospital and is in good condition. Marlena is currently being detained at the Jacksonville Trailer Park Police Department.
