Jennifer Witt Caught scrubbing toilets, charged with sanitary violation

Yesterday Jennifer Witt was arrested for violating code 158-A23, she was quickly taken into custody without incident. Police were alerted to Washington General where her boyfriend Joey Mingie was admitted for bacterialitus. Police found that Witt had used his toothbrush to clean the toilets. She is being held without bond pending a hearing.
