Jesus Melendez has been accused of having realationships with Luis Ortiz at Pecan Square Aparment Complex

Jesus Jose Gonzalez Melendez has been charged with sexual harrasment towards Luis Ortiz at their aparment complex. Officers say Ortiz, called several times to the Dallas Police Deparment Accusing Mr.Melendez of touching him in verh diffrent ways. Officers also say Mr.Melendez was raping Mr.Ortiz in the but hole when arrived at aparment complex.
