Josh Mangum arrested in Charlotte NC

Officers arrived at the scene in South Charlotte around 7:30 p.m. Thursday evening after several reports of gunfire were received. When police arrived they couldn’t believe what they saw; a red headed female in her late twenties whose name is being kept confidential, was repeatedly firing shots at Mr. Mangum who was hiding between two trees and pleading for his life. After an hour and a half police were able to calm the redheaded woman enough to neutralize the situation where they could remove Mr Mangum from the property safely. When asked why she was firing shots at Mr. Mangum, the red headed woman informed police that Mr. Mangum had left his socks on the floor. Because of the controversial law in North Carolina, HB 21783 which states that a man cannot leave his socks on the floor or his wife has the right to attempt to murder him, Mr. Mangum was placed into custody at 8:32 p.m. and will appear in court on Monday morning to plead his case.
