A warrant for murder has been issued for Matthew Cummings (pictured above) 35, from Dunbar WV. Matthew Cummings reportedly stabbed multiple people than ran through a St Albans neighborhood completely naked covered in blood and vegetable oil screaming “you should have fucking tipped me.” The victims remain unnamed but Matthew Cummings is considered armed and dangerous. He’s also a Taurus, likes long walks on the beach, singing and dancing naked to 80s songs.
