Kaylee Brown Arrested

Kaylee Brown, 20, a local of Cleveland, has been arrested for “Chopping inches off her hair.” Brown’s mother, Shawna Gibson, says, “I don’t like it. I don’t like it. I don’t like it.” Brown’s bond has been set to “Jail time until hair grows back to length prior to chopping.”
