On June 30, approximately 4 am Mr. Newell fled the scene where he had allegedly been running and underground fighting ring where he would place bets and set up fights between midgets and monkeys, much like cock fights. Mr Newell was shortly found and apprehended in a McDonalds Play Place hiding in the ball pit. More on this story as it develops.
