Kelsey Connick of Rock Hill on the run with stolen vehicle

Rock Hill – York County sheriff’s deputies are Looking for Kelsey in a black 93 station wagon since Monday. Authorities state she has stolen the vehicle from a 95 year old lady at a bilo in rock hill. She also stole $9,000 cash from the lady’s debit card and is wearing a Freddy mask.
