LMPD Officer Arrested On Charges Domestic Violence

LMPD officers were called to the home of Officer Dexter Pitts last night. The report states that the officer got upset after coming home from his shift and discovering that his wife had no prepared a meal for him and left all the lights on in the house. The report further states that the officer struck his wife in the face multiple times. Officer Pitts was arrested on the scene and transported to Metro Corrections where he will be arraigned today.
