A bouncer from a local Irish bar was arrested at around 3:30 A.M. on Bragg Blvd. In Fayetteville, NC for soliciting. Ed Pitts, country of origin shown as Canada, was found wondering the boulevard in a lime green dress and a long red wig. The arresting officer noted a definite odor of whiskey and described the suspect as having multiple illegal fireworks upon his person. Upon approaching the suspect, Officer Smith was asked if he liked to “party”. Replying in the negative, he was then asked to throw his handcuffs on the suspect, spank his bare buttocks, and pour Molson Ice onto his nipples while the suspect sang the Canadian national anthem.
