She has come down with a serious case of uncontrollable flatulence, yes, that means she cannot stop farting. What exactly would be causing her to have this issue? Apparently it is caused by an over abundance of the populat chicken nuggets in her system. When doctors tried to run blood tests, their vials filled with chicken nuggets.
