A Florence man has been arrested and charged with performing sexual acts with cattle in the Hartsville area. 47 year old Jason Poindexter Milbee of 69 Rosewood Dr., Florence, SC is being held in Effingham on $5000 bond. Milbee was arrested after friends and co workers reported the suspicious activity. Mr. Milkee was detained without incident from a local Waffle House. Stay tuned to channel 23 as this story unfolds.
