Local gun rights Activist, Daniel A. Highberger, 32 of Roanoke VA was arrested 6/30/2017 at 2:30pm.
Highberger was charged with transporting 300 fully automatic assault rifles across state lines. Driving without a license. Speeding. Alluding. Many other driving infractions.
Some rumors are surfacing thar he was attempting to arm 300 well trained spartans to defend the USC against domestic tyrants.
Highberger led authorities on a highspeed pursuit into West Virginia were State Police put out spike strips that punctured the tires on his speeding motorcycle.
Police are still in shock on how Highberger was able to carry so many rifles on his person and still operate his bike as well as he did.
