Local Hero Becomes World’s Madden PS4 champion

Hagerstown MD, in the nice utopia of the Maryland suburbs a local man who gives his best ever day to his country has found time to top the EA Madden charts. Josh Hall, 23, of the Hagerstown is currently serving as an Army officer in the Army Corps of Engineers. Josh spends his free time when he is not building bridges and park shelters for the Army perfecting his Madden game. Josh has been playing Madden since the 2002 version of the game. He says it’s a stress reliever and that he has learned the algorithm to get lucky in the game. Hall commented, “You know I am not really that good, I just use a ton of cheat plays I call placebo to win like 15 and out routes.” When asked about defense Hall responded, “well I will be honest, took physics in college and well you just have to throw that out the window and know your player can jump 20 yards into the air and pick it.” We asked Hall who he plays with and how many superbowls he has, he told us he had more Superbowl rings than George Washington has apples. He also mentioned he plays Madden with John Ivester, Jeff McCormack and Connor Dupler whom he ranks as challenges in that direct order. When asked about Dupler’s skill sets as a coach; hall said he is a predictable as a TE going over the middle down the seem in TE Attack. His favorite response when playing Connor is, “seen this formation a time or 6 (which six is ally considering Connor only has like 5 rings since Madden 2016).” Hall one day after his brilliant Army career wants to teach trouble youth to play the game. Hall says children have always been important to him and cites his mom, Lori Elliot, as his hero for always being their for him. Madden 18 will feature frostbite technology. Let’s see if Hall can keep the magic going.
