Local Sahuarita resident Katie Cirando was arrested Thursday night at the Green Valley Circle K. When asked why she stole two 12-packs of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer and a Hershey bar, Mrs. Cirando became incoherent and mumbled something that sounded like “VBS”. She was released to her husband Chris Cirando and asked not to return to that location.
