Local self-proclaimed Patriot, Robert Bergeron, 47 of Lawton, Ok. was arrested 6/30/2017 at 2:30pm.
Bergeron was charged with transporting 300 fully automatic assault rifles across state lines. Driving without a license. Speeding. Alluding. Many other driving infractions.
Some rumors are surfacing that he was attempting to arm 300 well trained militia members to defend the U.S. against domestic tyrants.
Bergeron led authorities on a highspeed pursuit into Texas where State & Local Police put out spike strips that punctured the tires on his vehicle.
Police are still in shock on how Bergeron was able to carry so many weapons in his vehicle, and elude authorities so well.
