Local man arrested after his dog goes into diabetic shock

Around 5:50 pm Manuel Smith was booked on 3 class x felony charges after his dog went into diabetic shock after eating approximately 5 jars of peanut butter. Mr. Smith was found hiding inside of an abandoned Volkswagen beetle with peanut butter on his genitals with most being found around and inside his anus. Police had to taze Mr.Smith after he refused to exit the car while softly whispering “savage” repeatedly. More details at 10 pm
