A local man, Billy Archer, was arrested late Thursday night in connection with online prostitution ring. McLennan County sheriff’s deputy says Archer has been under investigation for more than a decade. Archer was recorded offering arresting officer drugs and sexual favors. Deputys say Archer was drunk and bilegerant. He is being held at the McLennan County jail where Archer is said to be mentally unstable.
