A Toledo resident was arrested overnight, Police say Jeff North (39) from Toledo ,Ohio was stopped for a routine traffic violation . Mr. North was found with more then one fully automatic weapon in his possession along with suspected explosives. Along with the weapons and explosives in hos possession was two kilo grams of playdoh . LMAO.. I GOT YOU ALL..
