Local Man Caught Streaking In Fountain Park

On Friday June 29, 2017, a local man in Van Wert, Ohio was caught streaking across fountain park. When asked why he did it, he replied, “Because I can.” The police officers then took him into custody and released him on Friday June 30, 2017. No charges have been pressed at this time.
