Local man found performing sexual acts for money

Local authorities where tipped off to several calls about unusual activity and several cars coming and going at a residential address in Texline. Police performed an undercover investigation only to find (one) Steven Walker performing sexual acts on males for money, Steven walker was arrested on 12 counts of prostitution.
