local man jailed for urinating in public

local Mercer County resident Maxwell Henderson was arrested Wednesday night for urinating on a slide on Celina Ohio’s East School’s playground. when officers approached the suspect seemed intoxicated and belligerent. and started shouting “because I’m happy”!! and when officers drew closer he proceeded to do the popular dance move the “dab”. Mr. Henderson is being held in the Mercer County detention center and is being held on a $25,000 bond
