Pennsylvania state police says this woman locally known as Lori Waszcyszak was spotted in the Matamoras area driving a pink Monte Carlo stealing man hole covers. Police say that more than 160 man hole covers are missing and want to catch this lady before more go missing. If you see this lady please don’t approach her she is very dangerous and will try to attack please call local police if you see her.
