Local Mount Juliet resident arrested after a being charged with vehicular homicide after verbal altercation.

Late last night in Mount Juliet at Charlie Daniels park, dispatch was called on two white males, one being Carl W Miller 3rd having a altercation in the parking lot. Things got heated and Mr. Miller ran over suspect number 2. Unknown on the condition of suspect 2 at this time. Charges will be held down town at the court house June 4th.
