The local chamber released today that Frederick Co has approved a local man’s application to bring the areas first Lamborghini automobile dealership to reality. Lamborghini is an Italian manufactured “exotic sports car” that carries a purchase price well north of $200k. “Our new 32,000 sq ft state of the art boutique will be host to some the world’s most advanced technology including a full scale driving simulator that puts any amusement park to shame.. and built out with full wall to wall 4D HD monitors playing a continuous loop of the history of the iconic Italian super car line up, and all office walls will be floor to ceiling autotronic tinted glass” Koch told reporters. “It’s been a dream of mine since I was 5 years old to open a dealership like nobody has ever seen. So needless to say, when I got the call that Lamborghini was excited to back us in this venture I was in shock” Koch added.
“As an avid car enthusiast his whole life and having owned many different cars Koch will be an asset to our franchise” a representative from Lamborghini told reporters. Adding [as he chuckled] “we just hope he realizes the cars need to be sold, not kept for his personal collection” Jon Koch, also a successful real estate agent locally has already secured a prime 1.6 acre industrial parcel where the state of the art facility is set to break ground in mid July of this year. Rumors were heard around the automotive community that Koch has plans to give away a Lamborghini Centenario to the first person who can beat him in a cannonball style road race from Frederick to Gettysburg PA.
