Local tattoo shop offering $25 tattoos July 8th

Have you been needing an ink fix but couldn’t afford it. Nows your chance. Art & Soul Tattoo Studio in Centralia Illinois is offering cheap tattoo for one day only. Bring 4 friends and your tattoo is completely free! First come first serve so get there early. Artist Jason sheffield or David Hutson will be tattooing from noon to midnight.
