Local teen arrested

local teens Raegan Sanders and Isaiah Cobbe were apprehended by authorities on June 30, 2017. According to witnesses they had been selling pop rocks claiming it was crack cocaine and making homemade fireworks.
Raegan is quoted in saying she is a US citizen and it’s her right to blow up sh$&! Both are out on bond.
