Local Teen Arrested

Local Milwaukee 17 year old Nia Bell was arrested after being caught with a pound of marijuana in a car that was reported stolen. The teen was pulled over at around 1:33 AM for swerving on and off the road. When pulled over, the officer was certain she was under the influence, and not only that she looked very young. The officer asked her to step out of the vehicle and she refused and drove off. She led a small chase before crashing into a tree. The 17 year old is now in holding pending charges.
