32 year old Craig Clark of Salem Indiana was arrested on Monday on 4 counts of reckless driving.
Clark was stopped on interstate 64 near Lexington Kentucky traveling at a reported 113 mph.
“It was hard to tell what it was. All I saw was black smoke and beard hair.”

Clark will appear in court next week, facing 6 charges of “riding dirty”.
