Local Westchester man arrested for stealing an Audi RS7 worth over $150k

A Westchester resident stole a Audi RS7 that led him on a Chase all the way to the Canadian border and back to NY all within a 2½ hour time frame. Governor Cuomo was astounded with how fas, precise & meticulous the Westchester man drove. Governor Cuomo let him off with a pardon and warning and also let The Westchester resident smack the same police officer who arrested him in 2014 over a Bogus Dwi charge.
