Local Wyandotte resident arrested

Local Wyandotte 34 year old man Scott Bierniat was apprehended by local police as he lead them on a wild chase threw the neighborhood near eureka road and fourth street. They say they believe malt liquor and crack were involved. Police say he was naked yelling I like turtles and peeing on everything
