Logan man accused of fathering over 40 children between 2008 and 2017

Multiple state and federal DNA agencies have confirmed that they have over 40+ warrants for the arrest and DNA collection of David Lee Lowe II of Logan West Virginia. A spokesperson said collection from Mr Lowe was really not necessary due to his DNA being on file. It appears someone has been a pretty busy guy
