Despite the greatest and most elaborate shark fishing tournament going on this past weekend, there was a shark who did not want to be caught by the anglers.
The 7 foot, 726lb Mako shark was found swimming up and down Tices Shoal on Sunday afternoon, around 145pm.
The shark was caught and weighed in at the Forked River Tuna Club and would of been the declared winner, but the vessel who had actually caught the scary creature was not part of the tournament.
“Holy —-, it’s a shark” one beach goer was heard.
Another bunch of people said, in unison “We’re going to need a bigger boat!!”
