The 15th police district and northeast detectives busted a male prostitution ring that was running out of the Roosevelt inn on the 7500 block of the Roosevelt blvd. Investigators say 43 yr old Keith Labov is the suspected ring leader and has approximately a dozen male prostitutes working for him.
