Hardwood Heights man accused raping Chicago man during a party in boys town June 24th is speaking out. Kevin is a 6ft 110lb white man. Hector is a 6ft 350 lb hispanic male. After a small concert at a bar featuring the Gay Village People Kevin Lyons the man accused of raping Hector Feliciano at a bathroom bar as other watched speaks out. “I thought he liked it, he kept moaning and screaming then yelling for help.” Hector who does not want to have his picture taken says he is traumatized and does can never eat a hot dog again.
Kevin added that he’s very proud of what he did and will do it again if Hector would just return his calls.

Kevin will be charged with a hate crime, sex in public and disorderly conduct.
