Man found dead in Franklin square creek

The morning of June 29, 2017 a woman by the name of “Tara Mitchels” was riding her bike down Bell street, She claimed that as she was riding, she looked down in the creek and saw a man lying in the water unconscious. Tara quickly called 911, the police arrived to find the man pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are still looking for the supspect of the murder.
