Man found dead on high street

32 year old Jamal Payne was walking home from the restaurant Buno’s when another man appeared to approach him from behind. Without hesitation the suspect pulled out a gun and began gesturing him to give him his money. Jamal then reached for the gun with him then being shot in the head.
