Man strangled by pet boa constrictor on the highway

22 old Caucasian male was heading on 76 East when his pet escaped from his bag. 911 operators where overwhelmed by calls from commuters saying a driver was chocking or having a heart att know and slowing down the right lane of traffic. First responders arrived to find that the victim was unresponsive and noticed the snake wrapped around the victim. Police and animal control were called in to remove the animal.
