State and local officials have issued a warrant for Christopher Delong (27), and Cara Crabtree (33). This warrant comes out of Jefferson county, OH.
The pair are believed to be operating a counterfeit money scheme, passing off multiple $20 bills for cheap items at local stores in order to gather real cash as change.
When local officials responded to Richmond Dollar Store they were able to identify Delong and Crabtree from video surveillance, as well as witness an in-store drug deal. Officer Moats then found a used hypodermic needle approximatly 3 feet from where the drug deal took place.
