Marijuana to be decriminalized in Chattanooga, TN mid July

Legalization of cannabinol and marijuana use in cancer and seizure patients continues to be a major source of legislation in the remaning 21 states without plans to legalize the class I controlled substance. One small community in Chattanooga has been cleared by the US courts allowing researchers to grow and use the marijuana. A focused group of East Brainerd residents will conduct research beginning with growing the plants. A1 zoning for said area was recently approved and will allow those specific property owners to begin growing as early as mid July 2017.
