“Aaron Wall has retired from competitive basketball. He was known as a tenacious defender often daring young, headstrong rookies drive to the basketball as he effortlessly pinned their layups to the backboard. Some games he would literally grab every rebound in the game often garnering 20+ rebounds a game, thus earning the nickname the BALL HAWK. He was a vocal leader in the locker room and leading his team of wily vets to a championship in his final season. He would often coax other veterans to run the offense through him as he dazzled the crowd with behind the back passes and reverse layups. He will be remembered as always being in the triple threat position ready to dribble, pass, or shoot the moment the defense gave him a sliver of room. Known around the league as a streak shooter, he would often go on tremendous shooting sprees that would span several games. These shooting clinics earned him the nickname MONEY. In his final game he moved into the top ten all time regular season scoring, top five rebounding. He was quoted after the last game saying “see you at the bar, I’m about to set a record for beer consumption.” His legend will continue as whispers have been heard of him driving the green on par 4s and sinking numerous eagle putts on golf courses throughout Montana.”
