This morning at 8:37am a man was arrested for public nudity. Witnesses say he was “masterbaiting in the bed of his grey 87 chevy s-10”. The suspects name Austin Stemper. He is being sentenced to 3-5 years in prison. Also being placed on the sex affender list.
